IMPORTANT UPDATES REGARDING COVID-19

Dr. Phillips will continue to provide the highest quality of Orthopedic care even during the COVID-19 crisis. In order to meet your Orthopedic needs during this difficult time, we have made several changes to our practice so we may continue to serve you. These extra steps are to insure your safety, so we appreciate your patience during this difficult time. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

TEMPORARY LOCATION

Dr. Phillips has moved to a temporary location due to COVID-19 crisis.

TELEMEDICINE

To avoid any unnecessary risk of exposure or transmission of COVID-19 when leaving the house for a doctor’s visit, Dr. Phillips is currently conducting the majority of office visits using Telemedicine for new and existing patients.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

Dr. Phillips is still able to see patients in-person if they had a recent injury and on a case-by-case basis- call the office for further details. All other conditions can be managed successfully using Telemedicine just as if the visit was done in-person.

SCREENING AND VISITOR RESTRICTIONS

To protect the health of our patients and workforce, all patients who present for an in-person appointment will be screened prior to allowing them inside the building. Guests accompanying the patient may have to wait outside the building during the appointment.

IN-PERSON CLINIC APPOINTMENTS

Call our office prior to your appointment if you have any of the following:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Close contact with someone who may have COVID-19
  • If you are suspected of having COVID-19, or tested positive for COVID-19

If you do not call prior to your appointment, it may be canceled if you do not pass the COVID-19 screening criteria.
